Who/What/Where/Why is Gaunt? The anonymous Gaunt re-animate(s) itself/themselves for one 'last' release! There's little to say about this character, but we're sure glad we got the sweet hook up! This debut single from the unknown artist has been sat in the zoo for quite some time now, but is ready to damage the dancefloors, and not one to be overlooked!

'Firefloor' literally does what it says on the tin, constantly snapping between rave-like four to the floor drums and trap style half time beat blended with cheeky vocal stabs, constant bassline pattern and evolving rhythm track which turns to an amen tear out in the latter half.

The flip side, 'Left Horizontal' is literally one for the heads, a throwback to straight up Jungle / Drum & Bass rinse out music, with a warm and bubbly bassline and techno percussions flowing throughout and a cheeky pitched up vocal sample.
